For a simple two-star budget hotel, it offers a fair deal, and I was pleasantly surprised. Tatiana at reception was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. I checked out before breakfast, but the standard Ibis breakfast is reasonably priced for what you get. Go earlier for better quality. I'd recommend this place if you're watching your budget.

The first part of our stay was pretty good, 10/10, but the last day was terrible. My mother is 70, and we were waiting for our Uber in the lobby when a street vendor came inside and asked us to buy something. We said no, including when he asked us to pay for some food, and he became aggressive and threatened us. There was no security around, and the front desk staff did nothing. The man went into the lunch room and waited quietly, then tried to threaten us again when the Uber arrived. Security watched from inside the lobby. That was the worst part of my trip because I was worried about my mother's safety. Earlier that day, our room door had no battery. I had to go up and down trying to find someone to fix it, but nobody was available. A girl from the front desk came up with a laptop to open it, which meant we had to stay in the room or go through the whole process again. The room also hadn't been cleaned on the last day, the top bed was a mess, and the floor hadn't been cleaned.

Affordable, clean, and easy to get around from. I had a nice stay with Ibis.

For the price, the hotel is good, but the service is painfully slow. At 3 a.m. we waited 45 minutes just to get our room card, and ordering a snack or drink could mean waiting half an hour before anyone noticed. It works if you only need a few hours before or after your flight.
