The smell of urine was so foul that we checked out early. The lobby and cafeteria both reeked, and it was hard to breathe normally. It's baffling that they keep operating as if nothing is wrong. Even without the smell, the room was extremely noisy, the water barely lukewarm, the mattress uncomfortable, and the WiFi unreliable. It's worse than any hotel we've ever stayed in.

The hotel’s name on site doesn’t match what comes up in Google search 🤣. It also needs better upkeep: cleanliness could improve, maintenance is poor, and the hot water is unreliable.

The breakfast didn’t look much like the pictures on booking.com, and the elevator is awful. The location, though, is good.

The hotel has a nice entrance hall, a good location, and an okay breakfast, but the lack of maintenance spoiled the stay. I was there over Carnival for two separate visits. On the first visit, we got room 304. The door took so much force to open it was almost like breaking in, and the TV was dead. Since we had only two nights and arrived in the early hours the first night, I let it go, but asked not to be put in that room when we returned. For the second stay, they gave us room 103. The air conditioning kept stopping, so after I reported it they moved us to 704. Everything there worked, except water from the AC leaked into the room and made a pool. After getting tired of complaining, I put the bathroom bin under the drip until the hotel brought a bucket to catch the water.
