The rooms are a decent size and the staff are friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s extremely outdated, and some things were just bad regardless of the price. I travel for work at least twice a month around the world, and this was my first stay anywhere with a public-restroom style timed push-button faucet in the bathroom sink. It made getting ready in the morning harder. All the chairs in my room were stained when I arrived. To their credit, after I filled out a review form, the staff replaced them a few days later. There are no outlets by the bed, so charging devices means leaving them on the counter several meters away. There’s no bedside alarm clock either. The location works well if you’re going to an expo at nearby Studio 5 Mall, but there’s not much else close by. Walking into town is a major effort because the sidewalks are poorly maintained, there are piles of garbage, and the area raises safety concerns. I didn’t try breakfast, though I heard it was decent. I ordered room service twice; the food was good and arrived quickly, and the staff were very polite. With updates, this place could be a diamond in the rough. For now, I can’t recommend it unless the nearby hotels are fully booked.

The pool area is awesome, and the staff take really good care of you. Thanks to the job, I didn’t have to go out for dinner, just ordered to the room. 👍🏾

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the shower and pool were both good. The decor feels dated and plain. It worked well for our family in terms of comfort, though the location isn't ideal. Uber was handy in Manaus.
