Flats Vieiras do Maragogi

The location itself is good, but support for guests has been disappointing. I'm staying in apartment 203, and I haven't been able to reach the host. At 7 p.m. I messaged to say the free internet wasn't working. The password connects, but there's no access. WhatsApp says service ends at 4 p.m., so I don't understand. They advertise two pools, one covered, but I couldn't find it. The only pool I found is supposedly open until 10 p.m., yet at 8 p.m. an employee puts in chlorine and closes it. There are four of us, and we go on separate outings. We asked for a spare key, but the message wasn't even seen, since they only respond on their single contact channel until 4 p.m. There are lots of notices about restrictions and fees for any rule violation, but guest support falls short.

Everything was new, clean, and well organized, and the location was great. Really good. I hope to come back soon.

I stayed in flat 201 on the second floor. It has two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fan, and a compact kitchen. There were a lot of mosquitoes, though insect spray is available in the entrance hall. Maybe that's common throughout Maragogi, but I'm not sure. The flat is 350 m from the beach and 1,100 m from downtown Maragogi. Great value for the money.

We spent three days in one of the flats. The place was good and clean, and the service was excellent. Andriely was very friendly and helpful, and we booked after talking with her. Ten out of ten for the service. Recommended!
