The zoo was definitely the best part of our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the beach rather than directly on it, and guests can use some chairs and parasols at the extension of the restaurant there. Most of the staff weren’t very friendly or helpful, especially the people at the beach café.

Guests can interact with Brazilian wildlife here, which makes this place incredible. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant served awesome food. The service was great too, with employees who were well trained and took care of guests’ needs. An easy five-star rating from me, highly recommended.

The breakfast was tasty and generous, and the bathrooms were clean. There’s plenty of space, pools, and even a small zoo where you can take photos with macaws and snakes. In the morning, though, the place wasn’t very clean, and requests took a long time to get handled.

The kids had a great time in the eco park, which really adds something to the pousada. Our room was super comfortable and the staff were friendly. The pool could have been cleaner, though.

We only ate at the restaurant. The service took a while, and the food wasn’t great. Our picanha was overcooked before it even reached the table, so we had to send it back. The pousada also keeps animals on display for tourists in appalling conditions. I’d avoid the place altogether.
