We had to switch rooms because bees had infested the first one, but after that things were fine. The hotel is near a lovely beach and has a great buffet. The facilities are simple, so don’t expect anything especially luxurious, but everything works and the stay was a great experience.

The beach is magnificent, the most beautiful in the world! I loved the pool too, and the food was so good. My room had a stunning view of the very blue water. The employees were kind and accommodating, and I have no complaints. I’d absolutely stay again!

My husband and I stayed during the 2023-2024 holiday season. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with flowers, decorated trees and shrubs, and even marmosette monkeys. There’s a kid-friendly beach, a full-service swim-up pool bar, and a kids’ center with all kinds of sports and activities. It’s a family-friendly hotel, with endless food choices and live music day and night, all in a safe, secure setting.

The staff are very nice, the service is excellent, and both the hotel and room are beautiful. The food and catalogue are very good too. I’d give it five stars if the Wi-Fi weren’t so bad. Carnival is happening during my visit, and I can’t use the network at all. My cellular data barely reaches either. Wi-Fi matters a lot nowadays, so this is a real downside.

We spent 10 days at this amazing place. There were all kinds of activities available throughout the stay, and the friendly staff provided five-star service. The fine-sand beaches were beautiful, and the grounds were full of palm, banana, and mango trees. Buffets were expansive and packed with gourmet dishes. First-rate, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
