The neighborhood is great, but the guest service was awful. WeHome never sent me the apartment details or entry code ahead of time, and when I had questions or a problem, nobody responded. You’re left to manage on your own. Arriving late makes this especially difficult because there’s no one at reception. You need the apartment information and code in advance or checking in may be impossible. I had to get help from other guests. Different owners manage units in the property, and the overall management seems disorganized. The Wi-Fi was poor, so working there wasn’t an option. Worst place I’ve stayed, with no customer service for guests.
