Flat Barra

The place is really pleasant and well located. It was clean, and Maiana at reception was excellent.

I had 16 perfect days here. The garden is beautiful and so well cared for, with a hammock on the balcony, and the pools were always clean. It’s close to Vila and the beaches, and the flat was spotless, with a comfortable soft mattress, a lovely shower with plenty of water, good bed and bath linens, and wonderful air conditioning. There are all the utensils you need for a quick meal, too. Maiana is very attentive and makes a tasty breakfast for an extra charge if you’d like one. I loved my stay, recommend it, and would come back.

The flats are furnished and well kept, in a quiet setting full of trees with a lovely garden and pools for both adults and children. The beach and Vila are about a five-minute walk away, so we didn’t need a car to get around. Such a great experience.

We stayed for a month and felt right at home. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, airy and very comfortable, with windows and openings on every side for cross ventilation. You can tell the place is cared for regularly, and everything was always clean and organized. The gardens were a lovely surprise, and there’s a good hammock with a view of them. The birdsong, the view from the windows, and the peace and quiet made it feel like a little luxury. It’s near everything: the sea is about five minutes away, and Vila’s center, gyms, restaurants, and small markets are close too. The owners and people responsible for the place are locals, which was a real plus for the kind of immersion we wanted. Service was excellent from arrival, with so much care for both the guests and the property. We host guests ourselves, so we know a gem when we see one. Congratulations to Maiana and Sanrri. We’ll be back, and we’re grateful.
