We had such a good family vacation at Vivant Eco Beach Resort on the Peninsula in Maraú, Bahia. The property is beautiful, and I loved the bungalow. The restaurant service was a little slow, but that was fine with us since the setting was so lovely.

The room was very comfortable, with a fantastic view. The attendants were polite and welcoming, and I had an excellent stay at the resort. I’d definitely recommend Vivant Eco Beach Resort to others.

The restaurant was awful, and they seemed to be missing at least half the menu. Breakfast was poor too, and one day they ran out of everything. We stayed in January 2023, and so many things went wrong: the room’s A/C, TV, and internet didn’t work, and the shower was terrible. The staff tried hard to fix things, and I felt bad for them, but the problems seemed to come from the owners or senior management. None of our issues got resolved. The room listed for four people was really for two adults and one child. Its second bed was a small sofa that opened up in two. The infrastructure also felt unsafe: my friend was hurt when the swing in front of the property broke as they fell from it, and the ropes ripped. Given the rate, it was a bad choice. Don’t stay here unless you’ve run out of every other option.
