The price may look tempting, but I wouldn’t say the stay is worth it. In my experience, there was dirt, no water, a R$ 200 charge for clean sheets, and poor treatment. I’d advise future guests to look elsewhere. Before booking, I’d read several negative reviews, so I went to the front desk to ask about them. The receptionist said those reviewers were lying or trying to get benefits. Unfortunately, I found many of the same complaints to be true. The place was very dirty, and both the room and bathroom were inadequately cleaned. When I asked for clean sheets, I was told I’d have to pay R$ 200. Clean bedding should be a basic part of any stay. The person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me as though we knew each other and showing no respect or care for the customer. I wasn’t aggressive or disrespectful. Still, when I tried politely to sort things out, I was threatened with security or the police. I’d also been encouraged to book and pay directly with the property, outside the lodging platforms. Once problems came up, there was no real effort to resolve them or satisfy me as a customer.

It was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The hotel needs to address its hygiene, upkeep, and staff training. I wouldn’t recommend it. At check-in, the reception staff gave me a poor welcome and seemed half asleep while serving me. After I entered the room, I found it wasn’t fit to stay in: there was just one towel, the sheets were torn, and the bathroom was dirty and sticky. The toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the blanket had apparent semen stains. I have photos documenting this. I went straight back to reception to cancel and request a refund, since staying there was impossible in those conditions. They didn’t resolve the issue. One employee mocked and disrespected me, and even verbally insulted me.

The location is excellent, but the stay was horrible. The whole place felt abandoned and like something from a horror movie. It was frightening, and I can’t understand how the owner or owners let it get this bad. The corridors smelled unpleasantly moldy. It seemed nobody opened the windows to air them out or installed climate control or air conditioning in the hallways and common rooms. The hotel was large, with many apartments and rooms, but I saw only about two other guests during my stay. It was so quiet and eerie. The staff could have been friendlier. They seemed to just list the rules and leave it at that. The employees and housekeepers looked sad and troubled, and barely looked at me. The place was neglected, with graffiti on the walls and old furniture. Parking was cramped, poorly ventilated, and had awful access to reception, through maze-like passages that recalled a horror film. My room was 408. The old air conditioner didn’t work, the bathroom flooded when I showered, and the tap water ran weakly. The key cards were also terrible, and I had to try several times to open the doors. This was my worst hotel experience.

No soap, no hot water, and no water in the minibar. I didn’t dare switch on the air conditioner. I can only guess it was the first model ever made on planet Earth. Breakfast comes in a takeaway package. Haha, you laugh so you don’t cry. No doubt, this is among the worst places I’ve stayed.

Terrible. I’ve never been treated so badly during a stay. The attendants were rude and barely knew the hotel. The room was poorly laid out, and almost nothing worked. Broken lights, uncomfortable mattresses, and even the bathroom tap had a problem. When I pressed it, it came off in my hand. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The only reasonable suggestion is to invest in making this a decent place or shut it down. I didn’t go to another hotel only because I’d arrived early and was tired.
