We arrived at 6 a.m., while the regular check-in time was 2 p.m., and I thought it was ridiculous that the receptionist charged us for a full day instead of half a day. He did try his best to find us a twin room, which was kind of him. I also had a bad experience with the receptionist when I asked for a cup to be brought to the room. He said they didn’t offer that service, even though this is supposed to be a 4.5-star hotel. I later requested toilet paper through their app, and the kind housekeeper went back to get us a cup too. The receptionist had said this wasn’t normally something they did.

A nice place for a night, though I wouldn’t pick it for a holiday. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Nobody spoke English, but they managed to make things work. Parking is in the adjacent shopping mall lot.

Staff were unprofessional and had an attitude, which made the stay disappointing. During check-in they didn’t listen to my concerns or needs. Then, 20 minutes later, they called my room to tell me something I’d already tried to explain at check-in. That lack of attention and communication really affected my experience.

We loved the place. It’s in a great location, too.
