I'm shocked they're allowed to sell this as a four-star hotel. It's filthy and disgusting, an absolute joke, and not even two stars in my view. They admit it's not four stars themselves, yet still sell it that way.

The rooms are good, the staff are excellent, and breakfast is good too. But the air conditioning wouldn't cool the air. I tried to switch rooms, and every other room had the same problem.
