Residencial Alexandre

The apartment was filthy, with cockroaches and ants all over the beds. The fridge was moldy and stank, the air conditioner was covered in mold, and the dirty pool felt like a fall hazard. I felt cheated. The nightly rate was nearly R$500, and although breakfast is listed, there is no breakfast. This place was simply horrible. Find somewhere else.

The place was wonderful and spotless, and the service was a 10. Seu Alexandre was very attentive. You can stay here without worrying, you won't regret it.

The room and bathroom get zero stars for cleanliness. Before my wife even used the toilet, she had to clean it because it was filthy when we walked in.

The rooms have a minibar, but it's always empty, and they don't even provide water. There's no breakfast, so you'll have to find a bakery yourself. The pool is almost always closed, and the mattresses are really bad. It's a very basic place, but guests still need more care and the inn needs improvements to become even reasonably comfortable.
