The breakfast was a disaster, and the staff were really unfriendly. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

We got a room for four, so a few more bath towels would’ve been useful. Otherwise, it was quite good for the price: clean, tidy, and with a good breakfast.

The service felt personal, especially the attention from Onassis. I’d definitely recommend it.

4/10
The rooms have bathrooms that smell like sewage, and the night/morning receptionist was extremely rude and abrasive. Parking is on the street, and there’s a lot of noise because it’s like a student residence for UTFPR. The breakfast is simple and has no quality. In short, it’s awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible experience. They don’t answer WhatsApp or pick up the phone, so I can’t recommend them.
