Pousada Le Ange

Awesome.

Being able to bring our pet and feel comfortable and relaxed made the trip extra special. The team also paid attention to our booking details: I had mentioned my wife's lactose intolerance, and there were lactose-free desserts available throughout our stay, along with staff checking that suitable alternatives were offered. That care really made us feel welcome at Hotel Leange Serra. Thais looked after us with warmth and attention from beginning to end, and Lucas won Ozzy over right away. Our dog loved him. Everyone did a great job, and the whole team made us feel that guests' well-being genuinely mattered. One suggestion: having more mops or cleaning supplies available would make it easier for pet owners to clean up when their pets pee. We had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend Hotel Leange Serra, and hope to return soon.

The staff were wonderful, so polite and helpful. Lucas welcomed us warmly and did his best to sort out every issue. The pool and inn cleaning guys and the trail guide were patient and attentive, especially with Sol, who kept stopping by to say hello. The women in the kitchen were lovely too. Sol is our six-month-old, 20 kg dog, and we wanted somewhere where she could enjoy the trip with us while we rested. After reading lots of good comments about Le Ange, we decided to take a chance. It turned into some incredible days. The place is beautiful and really pleasant, and Sol loved it too. Getting there does take some planning. The road is narrow, full of potholes and steep hills. Rain and a car without traction could make it hard to reach the inn. We managed without much trouble because it wasn't raining, even though our car has no traction. Ours was a smooth enough trip, but it's worth being prepared. Our room was lovely, roomy and cozy. They had blankets for pets, plus useful kits like food and water bowls, which were placed around the inn. We had trouble getting the shower water hot. Maintenance fixed it for a while, but the next day they moved us to another room and things were fine. Still, it seemed like the water was either really hot or really cold, with no middle ground. Meals were simple and tasty. Lunch and dinner don't have much variety, as others have mentioned, but the basics worked well: rice, beans, two protein choices, vegetables, salads and two desserts. Drinks were available freely throughout the day. Breakfast and afternoon coffee were both great. The pet spa was great for washing the animals, with towels, shampoo and perfume available for pets that can use them or for owners who didn't bring their own. The blower wasn't the old one I saw in a photo in the comments, and everything was in good condition. It was a really nice trip and well worth going. I attached a few photos that might be useful.

This was my second Carnival stay at the inn, and it's been a great experience both times. The place is beautiful, the facilities are lovely, and the meals are really tasty. The team is so kind, courteous and attentive. Our furry friends have a great time there. I'd recommend it!
