The rooms were comfortable and practical, and the inn staff were wonderful. Maria Elza deserves a special mention for always being warm and helpful, and for making guests feel welcome. Even the road in is a treat, a charming little route surrounded by nature that you’d want to drive every day. For a trip to Monte Alegre do Sul, I think this is the best lodging choice. Absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend it.

This was my second visit to Sítio do Sossego, and I’ve had wonderful times here both times. It’s a beautiful, well cared for place, with comfortable rooms, lovely beds, air conditioning, and everything kept clean. There’s a pool, parking garage, and a varied, delicious breakfast. Maria Elza’s service is excellent, a full 10 out of 10. It’s wonderfully quiet, whether you’re staying one night, a weekend, or a long holiday.

Maria Elza welcomed us so warmly and was always attentive. We had a wonderful time getting to know the inn and Monte Alegre do Sul. The rooms were cozy and very well equipped, and cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was wonderful, and there was fresh coffee late in the afternoon too.

Everything was spotless and clearly cared for. We loved the service, and breakfast was just perfect, with everything delicious. We spent the weekend here, and it really lives up to its name as a peaceful place. I highly recommend it.
