Alive Eco Hut

This was the worst inn stay I’ve had. Our room was nothing like the Booking photos. It was awful, dirty, moldy, extremely stuffy, and had no ventilation. The bedding was dirty, stained, and dingy, and even though I asked them to change it, they didn’t. Housekeeping was terrible. There seemed to be only two employees: one worked from morning until 3 p.m., handling reception, breakfast, and cleaning. I only saw the other man when we arrived and on our last day, when he came to receive other guests. That left us without any support from 3 p.m. until 8 in the morning. No staff stayed at the inn, so it was literally left unattended with guests inside.

We had a university group reunion here. The natural scenery was beautiful, and breakfast was a thousand out of a thousand. Getting there was difficult, though, and after 6 p.m. nothing worked. The guests were left to fend for themselves, and the WhatsApp number the employee gave us had no signal.

The service was nonexistent, and I can’t recommend this inn at all. The rooms were tiny, poorly maintained, and unlike the photos. The place felt abandoned, with no staff in the afternoon or evening. Hygiene was poor, and the dirty bed linen was never changed. It was the worst inn experience I’ve had.

The inn’s interactive concept is delightful. Its owners’ personal belongings are displayed all over the place, and each one tells a story about an adventure or trip they took. It feels like a little museum of memories and discovery, and both my children and I were fascinated by it. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. I’d only suggest starting it a little earlier, since 9 a.m. can be late if you want to make the most of the day. The access road is somewhat complicated, so I recommend making your first visit during daylight to avoid any trouble.
