The chalet itself was nice, but we couldn't use the suite on the lower floor. During the heavy rain, water somehow leaked into the room and soaked the headboard, the chairs, and the bedside table. There was also a strong smell coming from the bathroom near the kitchen. It's far from Monte Verde center, and finding the chalet was difficult. At night, there was no sign marking the entrance.

A top-notch place with great facilities, lovely decor, and a wonderful view. It's cozy, clean, and pleasant, and has what you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

A proprietária was so friendly, and the place felt really cozy. We'd definitely come back.
