The breakfast options both worked out well, whether having it brought to the room or going to a café. Our room smelled lovely when we arrived, and everything had been chosen with such good taste. The chalet felt romantic and cozy, with a beautiful view. It was well worth the experience.

My wife and I came to celebrate 25 years together, and the chalet went beyond what we expected. It was peaceful, the room was very cozy, and the whirlpool tub was great. The location was excellent too.

The rooms are new and really nice, but the shower is a major problem. Whatever the claims about its gas technology, I couldn't get a reasonable temperature: it was either extremely hot or extremely cold. The voucher explains a method for improving it, but it didn't work. We could even hear people in other rooms repeatedly turning their showers on and off trying to get a comfortable bath, without success. It's a shame, because fixing this would make the place five-star for me.

The chalets are new, the facilities are good, and the scenery is lovely. Everything worked properly, and the street was quiet. I thought the price was a little high for what you get. Breakfast is served at a café, and maybe we were unlucky, but ours was very basic and didn't seem fresh at all. That was disappointing.

The location is wonderful, close to everything, and the new chalets were very clean. Sr João was so friendly, courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with whatever we needed. We had a wonderful stay, and we're grateful to the whole team.
