Cris and her team really made the difference. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile, and we’ll certainly return. The chalets were clean and spacious, with a large fireplace and a very hot shower, just what you need in Monte Verde during winter. The beds and linens were clean, and breakfast was great. The location worked well for us, close to the center but away from the crowds.

The breakfast room had a character all its own, with several artworks that I later learned were made by the first and second owners, who came from Hungary. We were welcomed so warmly that we felt at home. The property is beautifully maintained, and the cleanliness was incredible. I’ve never slept on sheets that smelled so good. I really want to come back and stay longer.

We stayed in the Hungarian house, which had loads of space. The inn is beautiful and has a fascinating story behind it. It’s not that close to the center, but it’s still well worth the stay. Breakfast was delicious, and Cris was amazingly welcoming and attentive to everything. I already want to go back!

The view from the inn is incredible, and the place has such a calm, cozy feel, romantic but still family-friendly. Cris welcomed us warmly and was so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. It was all very clean, and breakfast was delicious. The chalet was excellent, the decor is lovely, and the service was great. Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

We’ve just come back and I already miss the place. The gardens are beautifully kept, and the whole property is gorgeous, peaceful, and full of history. Everything was clean and organized. We made a little fire and had cheese and wine. Cris and Rose deserve a special mention for being so attentive and helpful. I felt so comfortable there, and I’ll definitely return.
