We were looked after by Rosa, who was really friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, and the chalets were super cozy. The bathtub and fireplace were fantastic.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were excellent. It’s such a calm, romantic, cozy place, full of warmth. Rosa welcomed us on our last visit and was attentive and quick to help. She also made us a fresh, delicious breakfast.

Chalet 5 was perfect, and the view from the whirlpool bath was beautiful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, everything tasted great. Dona Rosa and Lucas were absolute sweethearts, and the service and facilities at the inn were excellent. This was the first place I’ve stayed where I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s definitely going to be one of my favorite places.

The chalet itself was lovely and cozy, and we were welcomed nicely when we arrived. But we were told right away that checkout had to be at 11:00, even though daily stays normally end at 12:00. I’d booked one night, Saturday to Sunday. At 9:30 on Sunday morning, a man who was probably the inn’s owner turned on a vacuum cleaner and made a huge racket for an hour and a half. That was unbelievable, especially at a guesthouse on a Sunday morning.
