The breakfast was awful, and the rooms smelled bad. The place seems to have no proper management: when I tried to speak with the manager about unresolved problems, he stayed out of sight behind the staff. The employees seemed worn out and discouraged, and I heard them speaking badly about the company. Service quality is lacking too.

Small cockroaches were crawling around the breakfast counter, including near the cutlery and food. I had already told a staff member about this before, but nothing changed, and this isn't the first time it has happened. It's unpleasant and a serious hygiene concern. I hope the hotel deals with it urgently.

They serve spoiled juice and food, and the manager and waitress try to persuade people to eat it. You can't consume old food. I'm leaving this message for the owner: if the police come to the premises, the employees could be arrested and the place could be shut down.

I don't recommend this hotel. The sheets were dirty, with what looked like a blood stain, and the bathroom flooded when we showered. I was too exhausted from traveling to look for another place. In my children's room, the air conditioner was dripping onto the TV, putting it close to causing an accident, possibly a fire. At breakfast the next morning, we found a baby cockroach on the table.

A really disappointing stay. The bathroom was tiny, and neither the internet nor the TV worked in the room. They moved me to another room, but that didn't fix anything.
