The breakfast was a real highlight, fresh, varied, and well prepared. Wi-Fi worked well for most of my stay, and the location made it easy to get around and reach what I needed. Amsterdam Apart Hotel also has a lot of charm: the building is beautiful, elegant, and authentic, with a style that stands out around here. Room cleaning could be more consistent. Nothing major was wrong, but fresher linens and better towels would make guests more comfortable. Check-in took about 30 minutes because just one person was at reception. He was very kind and professional, clearly doing his best, but handling everything alone slowed things down. I’d still happily recommend it. It has personality and heart, and just needs a few small improvements to make the stay exceptional.

The staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with traditional “pão de queijo mineiro” and “pamonha”.

The main problem was the blackout curtain, which was sewn narrower than the window. Once morning came, there was no way to keep the room dark. It feels like an airport hotel, far from restaurants and the city center.

The location is handy, especially being so close to the airport, and the service was great, particularly at reception. My room was excellent. I recommend staying here.

The location is good and the staff are efficient. My only issue is the parking setup: the underground car park is dark and seems to go unused, while people prefer the relatively small adjacent lot.
