The breakfast has good options, and the coffee is excellent. The place feels safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable. They’re doing a lot of work on the rooms right now. The pool isn’t circulating at the moment, and the “hot water” is probably solar heated.

My husband and I stayed for just one night while passing through town to rest. The hotel was very clean and organized, the room was excellent, and the bathroom was spacious. The shower only had cold water, though, with no electric heating, and breakfast was perfect. The facilities were excellent too. At check-in, Carla was rude to us. She looked at me strangely, and when my husband asked whether she was the person he’d spoken with on WhatsApp that morning, she snapped, “No, why?” The room had only one bath towel, so we asked her for another at reception. She said she’d bring it, but it never arrived. When we checked out, Socorro was helpful, polite, and friendly. I don’t know if Carla was having a problem that day. We all have problems, but work shouldn’t be mixed up with personal issues, and my husband and I had nothing to do with hers.
