The staff were friendly at all hours, and one person spoke English, which helped since we don't know much Portuguese. Restaurants and a supermarket are nearby, and the beach is an easy walk. Good value for the price. Recommended.

The kitchen has utensils, which made it easier to prepare meals, and the bed was comfortable with air conditioning in the room. The room itself was okay. The apart's location is very convenient, two streets from Ponta Negra beach and Morro do Careca, with a supermarket and drugstore about 150 m away. Wi-Fi was unreliable, though it was available. There is no reception, room service, or breakfast.

I spent a month working from home here. Internet was good, though it dropped sometimes and came back shortly after. I was in an apartment near the entrance, where the signal was better. It seemed worse in the units facing the pool; I met someone there who had to work on 4G the whole time. My apartment had a living room connected to the kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment and its facilities were excellent. It's one of several apartments in an apart-hotel, without a reception desk. Sonia handles problems with the apartments, and she sorted out everything I needed without trouble. As another review mentioned, some kitchen items could use an upgrade, like a nonstick frying pan, sandwich maker, and corkscrew.

Markets, pharmacies, bakeries, and other shops are nearby. The place is close to the beach but away from the busy Ponta Negra waterfront. It's comfortable, though there are no frills. Since it's an apart-hotel there isn't a 24-hour reception, but guests get their own keys.
