Ponta Negra is a great location. The apartment I visited for a few days had a balcony, a simple leisure area, a full kitchen, an iron, Wi-Fi, a suite, and built-in bedroom cabinetry.

I really liked this building. The staff at reception are capable, everything is clean and well looked after, and the garden and gourmet area are useful. It’s close to the beach, a bakery, restaurants and a supermarket. The management is great, and with 20 floors you can choose which level you want. A lovely stay for everyone, I recommend it.

The views are the highlight here, from the sea and city to sunrise and sunset, with Ponta Negra beach and Morro do Careca in sight. Such a wonderful, welcoming building.

A great family trip option. We had a lovely view of Ponta Negra beach, and the location puts you near the best restaurants, a bakery and bars.
