The apartments were clean, the staff were very friendly, and there was a private pool in a generally quiet neighborhood. From this well-situated place in Ponta Negra, the bay view was beautiful, dolphins included, and the beach was close. Local convenience stores are nearby too. The area may look a bit shabby to many foreigners, but it's worth visiting, especially for the great deal we got. It wasn't expensive at all. We got exactly what we expected and had a great stay.

We loved how cordial and helpful the staff were, and the place was clean and well maintained. Our room had a beautiful view. We were in Apartment 402 on the fourth floor, and waking up to that scenery every morning was wonderful. It brought back that childhood feeling of being by a beach with a mountain, Morro do Careca, along with the peaceful neighborhood, coconut, mango, cashew, orange, papaya, jambo and lime trees, and birds calling Bem te Vi! The beach was lovely, calm and warm, with local vendors selling all sorts of food and beach items. It's very close, but getting there means going down a hill on cobblestone roads. Coming back up can be hard for older people and anyone with some disability. A golf cart to take people up and down would help. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, only in the living room, but we didn't miss the bad news anyway. Wi-Fi was somewhat slow, though my child could still play games at night. There's no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is nearby, as are a well-stocked grocery store and drugstore.
