Manoel, who welcomed us there, was really helpful and nice. The shared area has a great view of Morro do Careca. I stayed in the penthouse apartment, which was very good, simple, well organized, and had everything working. The same penthouse has a huge, spacious balcony, so it was well worth it. I really liked it.

The flats are nicely laid out and fully furnished, with balconies overlooking the sea. There's indoor parking behind an electronic gate, plus a shared leisure area with a barbecue, and a view of the sea and Morro do Careca in the background. The location is hard to beat, at the start of Vila de Ponta Negra, near markets, pharmacies, and bus stops. The people there are really nice, and the price is hard to believe. We'll be back!

The terrace is beautiful, and the stay was good and inexpensive. A supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery are nearby. The beach is very close, though the way down is steep.

The owner is very friendly, and the view is wonderful. It only needs a few things to be great: a decent TV, since the one there is an old tube set, a microwave, and more cutlery.

We had wonderful sunny days and enjoyed the pleasant beach. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely terrace view and a very good welcome. It's close to the beach. I'd definitely come back again.
