8/10
The staff were incredible and happy to accommodate customer needs. When we had an air conditioning problem, they sorted it out brilliantly and efficiently. The hotel is very well located, though access to the beach isn't wheelchair friendly, so I don't think it's very suitable for wheelchair users despite the wide doors and lifts. The restaurant staff were amazing too, and Fabiana at the tapioca bar was a delight to chat with while she made tapioca so skillfully. I definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, breakfast was great, and we had easy beach access and lovely pools, including ones for kids. The service was friendly and helpful throughout. My only complaint is that I liked the food at nearby restaurants a little better than the hotel food.

We had a lazy morning using the day-use option. Some friends were just passing through and didn't have much time in the city, so the manager gave us a special deal to show them the premises. The service and facilities were wonderful. We’ll likely come back, 10/10.

Lunch and the live music made a day by the pool really enjoyable. I haven't stayed overnight yet, but the food was amazing and I loved the place. We're already planning to come back soon and spend a night.

Breakfast can be hit or miss depending on when you get there. Early risers can choose from the full menu, while later arrivals may find fewer options. Aside from that, the hotel has an amazing setup and the staff really try to make guests happy. I'd stay here again if I get the chance to return to Natal.
