The Wi-Fi was awful and didn't work, and the room could use renovations, though it was clean. The AC was strong. Great location!

I'm still staying at the hotel, with my reservation running through the 6th. I asked for the room to be cleaned this morning before heading out on an excursion, but when I got back it hadn't been done. Then I asked for a squeegee, floor cloth, and mat, thinking that would get the cleaning sorted. Turns out cleaning is only offered in the morning, and they handed me the tools to do it myself! The hotel's advertising was good, but the stay has been disappointing because of the low quality. I'm really upset about this. I'll be making a complaint on the platform and on Reclame Aqui.
