Terrible experience with apartment 101. The place was in awful condition: unpainted walls, a thin, old, hard mattress where you could feel the bed slats, and furniture that was all damaged. The Wi-Fi kept failing. The owner handed over the apartment with everything rusty, then blamed the tenant for breaking it. The rent was very expensive and wasn’t worth it.
It’s a good place to live, with a safe, comfortable setup, an elevator, doorman, and electric gate. The location is excellent too. The flats are a decent size and fairly comfortable. The parking area inside the building is very small, so getting in takes some driving skill, especially with a larger car.
Flat 105 at mangos flat is my favorite. It’s elegant, clean, comfortable, and smells nice, with everything we need inside. It’s beautiful and well located, and you can walk to the beach. The daily rate is great, and the annual rental has the best price. I love staying here. Contact suggestion: 21969525931.
Magos Flat feels cozy and family-friendly. Guests have a minibar, stove, and basic kitchenware like plates, cups, and cutlery. Every flat has air conditioning for extra comfort, and there’s private parking. It’s about a five-minute walk from Ponta Negra beach, a great spot in Natal.
We made a reservation, but the owner didn’t meet his obligations. He went to Italy, didn’t respond to us or give us any explanation, and we were left without support in RN from either him or the agency. I do not recommend it.
