Natal Dunnas Hotel

The location was excellent, and the pools were great. Everything was beautifully decorated, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, delicious choices. Our family had a fantastic stay, one of my best experiences in hospitality, and most staff were accommodating and helpful, especially at the front desk. A couple of staff members weren’t very friendly, though, so I’d give five stars without hesitation if not for that. Wonderful place and experience. Can’t wait to return, and I’d recommend it 10/10!

For the location, the shared spaces, including the heated pool, and the roomy rooms, this hotel was great value. It does have a long list of somewhat odd, outdated rules, but they didn’t cause us any trouble.

We spent 9 nights here during the World Cup and were very happy with our stay. The hotel was close enough to walk to the beach and local restaurants, and we felt safe the whole time. Breakfast was great, and hanging out by the pool with fans from different countries was a lot of fun. The front desk was very helpful with cabs, airport transportation, and even ordering a late night pizza, despite our minimal, broken Portuguese. The A/C and TV both worked perfectly, and the safe was handy for passports, phones, and other things. Towels often weren’t replaced, but we got fresh ones whenever we asked. The beds were small, and there was no window in our room. We knew that when we booked, and apparently the ocean-view rooms are gorgeous. During the World Cup we barely spent time in the room anyway. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples, or friends wanting a relaxing vacation in Natal.

They looked after everything we needed, and both the accommodations and service were excellent. Much better than the pousada across the street.
