Natal Flat

The facilities and location are good, but the apartment could be better prepared. Its air conditioner should be newer and working properly. It’s hard to go through facial plastic surgery and need a climate-controlled room, then find that the equipment isn’t clean or running at full strength. A suggestion for the owner.

Unfortunately, the events team seems to want to turn the flat into a concert venue. It’s Saturday, and loud music has been going since 4 p.m. in a residential neighborhood. I’ve already reported it to 190, but nothing has happened yet. It’s disrespectful to the neighbors, and the volume is definitely above the permitted level.

This is a flat-style condominium, with units that are generally furnished in a similar way. The leisure facilities work well: there’s a pool and gym with an incredible city view, plus a party room, reception, self-service market, and three meeting rooms available by reservation and for a fee.

Terrible. The drinking water was hot, the beans on the buffet were burnt, the windows were dirty, and the food was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I went to an event, and the hotel’s breakfast and buffet get a minus one from me.
