The room's condition and a mix-up with the reservation meant I didn't stay. carpediem homes said everything was taken care of months before we arrived, but that wasn't true. I talked with them through WhatsApp. The reservation was handled very unprofessionally, and the room's poor condition made the hotel look unprofessional too. If I owned the hotel, I'd make sure the owners of some of these rooms met higher standards. Parking is difficult as well. I can't recommend this hotel at all.

Everything else seems very good, but the washrooms are small and limited. There's no sound system in the lounge, and visitors have to park outside on the street because there isn't a visitor parking area. It feels really unsafe out there.

The receptionist was really kind and efficient. There’s a good range of apartments, from small to large and luxury, and the rooms are good.
