I paid 1,500.00 for 30 days in a suite with air conditioning and a double bed in a residence. Electricity was charged separately based on usage. It’s a calm place, within walking distance of the beach and Ponta Negra’s tourist spots, with Baptist, Assembly and Catholic churches, a pharmacy, bakery, market and home-style restaurant nearby. The owner is a really nice guy, 10 out of 10.

The rooms are great, with a large wardrobe and a very good bathroom, and Ponta Negra is a lovely neighborhood. The pousada is extremely well located. Seu Leoni is such a sweetheart, polite, cheerful and thoughtful. He welcomed us warmly. I’d like to come back soon.

The pool was wonderful, and the town is beautiful. My wife and I were treated so well by Sr Leoni and his wife. The pousada feels cozy, and our double room was lovely, with household utensils and everything clean and fresh-smelling. We arrived an hour early after riding 300 km from Recife by motorcycle, so Sr Leoni let us change and leave our bags before check-in. We headed to the beach while the room was being prepared. We’ll be back.

I was visiting a friend who lives at this pousada while I was in Natal. The neighborhood felt peaceful, and the pool is charming. Leoni is incredibly friendly.
