Premium Flat Ponta Negra Vista Mar

The flat was excellent, with a very comfortable ocean-facing suite, a cozy second bedroom, and a pleasant living, dining, and kitchen area. There’s also a balcony. It’s in a great spot, close to restaurants, a bakery, and convenience stores. I recommend it.

The newly opened flat was comfortable, with clean apartments and really nice linens. A few things need attention before I’d give it five stars: a minibar in the rooms, bedside tables, and less confusing service at reception. It has a lot of potential to be better than economy suite, whose quality seems to keep dropping. Wishing them success!

The place was just as shown in the website photos, and everything was impeccably clean. Reception staff were friendly and gave us helpful information. We had a fantastic stay and would come back for longer next time. I’d only suggest adding more kitchen utensils. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and it was a pleasure to spend our vacation here.

We had to cancel after the second day because one of us had a health issue, and more than a month later they still hadn’t refunded the unused nights. The paperwork and receipts also seemed questionable: they gave us documents with different names and brushed it off as normal, but we’ve seen how much that matters in a situation like ours. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place. The staff listed on Booking.com as speaking several languages couldn’t speak Spanish or English, including the bar staff and night receptionist. They also acted as if they didn’t understand our WhatsApp messages or emails. The place is all luxury and no practicality or comfort, with tiny spaces and a highway nearby making it incredibly noisy. The cooking dishes were useless: there were no glasses, the plates didn’t fit in the microwave, and they were porcelain anyway, so couldn’t be microwaved. There was a complete lack of utensils. They’re despicable.
