Rede Andrade Comfort

March 10, 2025, vacation in Natal The breakfast was one of the worst parts of my stay at Rede Andrade Comfort. The selection was very limited, with the same bread every day, few fruit options, hardly any hot food variety, and mosquitoes throughout the dining area. The pool looked poorly cared for, with cracked surfaces and water that didn’t seem clean, and the gym was disappointing too. The room and bathroom also need attention. The walls need repainting, some floor tiles are cracked, and everything looks dated. The bed and sheets felt old and smelled unpleasant. The air conditioner either barely cooled or blew too cold without proper control, and maintenance didn’t fix it when I asked. The TV was too small. In the bathroom, tiles were broken, there was mold, the door didn’t close properly, the sink drained badly, and the very old hair dryer barely blew any air. Service was poor as well. Most staff seemed unhappy and rarely smiled, and even simple questions could turn into arguments instead of getting a helpful response. Parking isn’t available at the hotel, so guests have to use nearby private lots and pay around $20 extra per day. That’s inconvenient and should be disclosed before booking. At check-in they give you just one key card, which feels unusual these days, and a replacement costs R$50 if you lose it. The online photos don’t match the actual condition of the property. For a hotel advertised as four stars, this stay was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected. If the attractive price makes you expect a four-star experience, the reality may be quite different.
