Residence Victoria Flat

This is a humble neighborhood with lots of abandoned animals, especially cats. I left some food on the sidewalk for a pregnant cat, and someone who was probably the owner of the place approached me, upset about what I was doing. Hotels in the area should care about getting these animals that live on the streets spayed or neutered, instead of getting annoyed with tourists who feed them while they’re hungry out there. It’s absurd that they do nothing to help the abandoned animals in front of the hotels.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the price was good. The apartment felt safe, clean, spacious, new, and family-friendly. The rooftop pool was well maintained, and it’s close to Punta Negra beach. I’d recommend it.

A company should be judged mainly by its values. The hotel manager objected to a tourist feeding a cat on the sidewalk. Offering good facilities doesn’t make up for a company that seems disconnected from those values.

The residence feels welcoming, with friendly, attentive staff, and the view of Morro is splendid. It’s near Pontanegra beach. Prices are attractive, depending on the season.
