I’m giving it 5 stars so this shows up at the top! Terrible rental. I booked in February, and in April, the day before the trip, they simply told me to cancel. With demand high, they must have wanted to rent it for more money. DO NOT RENT. Absolutely terrible! They were super rude, and when I told them what they’d done, they tried to say I was calling them thieves!

It was a really good experience. The place was surreal, and my whole family and I highly recommend Alcaçuz Lagoon. When you’re in Natal, put Alcaçuz on your list of places to visit.

The price is very affordable, and the rooms are cozy and have air conditioning. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a small grocery shop nearby.

I love staying here. It’s clean and cozy, and the owner is very kind. Whenever I come to Nata, I always stay here ☺️
