The pool is really good and stays open until 8:00 pm. There's also a gym with a treadmill, a bike, a few machines, and dumbbells from 1 kg to 10 kg. No sauna, but there is an area with barbecue grills. It's a great spot near the beach, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Getting down to the beach means taking a staircase. The parking has plenty of rotating spaces and is easy to use. You enter from the street behind the building, so you have to go around the block. It can be confusing the first time, but once you know the way it's easy. The building is right at the far end of Ponta Negra beach, with access to Rota do Sol, the highway connecting Natal to Parnamirim and the southern coast. The main downside is the single elevator, which means a lot of waiting during peak times when people return from the beach.

We had a lovely, quiet stay right by the beach. The apartments are comfortable and have everything you need, and the service was good. The view is breathtaking.

These are luxury apartments, many owned by people who have more than one unit and rent them out for holidays. The condos are right on the sea and come with plenty of amenities, including a waterfall, sauna, and gym. I highly recommend staying here, especially around New Year, when you can watch the fireworks.
