There’s everything you need to cook in the kitchen, and the price is fair. It’s really close to the coast, so I’d definitely recommend staying here.

This was my fourth stay, and I loved being welcomed by Joyce. She was friendly, helpful, and really charismatic. The flats have everything, the view is wonderful, and the pool is nice and warm too. I recommend it. Ask for Joyce.

The pool is great, though on the small side, and the front desk service is quick and efficient. Residence Village is quiet, clean, and well organized, with a good location at Praia de Ponta Negra. It would be excellent if they offered breakfast.
