The air conditioner was incredibly loud, and the one mounted below the window blows straight onto the bed. There was no water in the shower, so they gave me the key to the room next door. It hadn't been cleaned, though, and was dirty.

I wouldn't recommend this place. There isn't an elevator, and breakfast isn't provided. The garage is outside the building and costs extra. My room had a narrow double bed, mildew on the wall below the air conditioner, and an old, noisy AC unit. The shower stall door was stuck, the electric shower barely heated the water, and the partly clogged drain left the stall flooded. The shampoo dispenser was broken, too. There were also several insect wings on the floor, and the room hadn't been cleaned well.

The room's TV stopped working, and I missed my soap opera. I also found out on arrival that breakfast wasn't included, though the reservation said nothing about it. With the hotel so noisy, spending the night there felt like sleeping in a machine room.

The price was reasonable, and the rooms were good and clean. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is electric, and parking costs extra. The air conditioner was noisy. It's a pretty standard, boxy place.

Niterói was new to me, and this was my first stay there. The team welcomed me warmly and were very polite. I enjoyed the experience, and the stay met what I expected. The room was tidy, comfortable, and had enough space.
