London Residencial Design

Great.

There’s just one room, and the location is good. The windows have blackout film, which felt a little unsettling at first, though I got used to it. Valet parking was a big help.

Of all the buildings I’ve lived in, this one is by far the worst managed. The building itself is okay, which makes it a shame that there’s no real way to have a dialogue with the manager. She acts like a tyrant: dismissing staff without reason, treating residents and employees badly, and making pointless rules. Even the staff can’t argue with her. For example, residents with bicycles are required to use the garage’s second level, reached by a pivoting ramp that takes several minutes to raise or lower when it works at all. It once stopped while I was on it. She also flatters the owners, who have the actual power to elect her.

The team were friendly, and security was reassuring. The building has a pool, sauna, massage services, and valet parking in the garage. It’s close to everything in Niterói. Excellent!
