The accommodations were okay, but not quite as described. The air conditioning felt a bit weak for the space, and the night porter seemed pretty apathetic. I also didn't get the sea view that was advertised, since I practically had to lean out over the balcony to see the water. For the price, it fell short, though it wasn't bad.

The air flows through the place really well, and the view is one of the prettiest in Niterói. It could use a few small renovations, but I highly recommend it.

The view is beautiful, and the place was so clean and organized. I loved it!

The flat was cozy and had great accommodations, so the value for money was excellent. They could just provide a few more kitchen utensils.

It feels like a residential building, very family oriented. It's a shame it's not quite nice enough to justify the rates they charge.
