Very Good Featured review

4/10
The location near the beach was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But the hotel sits on a busy, noisy road, and the thin windows do little to keep the sound out, so sleeping was difficult. The shower pressure was very low, the internet was extremely unreliable and sometimes stopped working entirely, and the blanket was so thin you could almost see through it. It wasn't comfortable. We won't be back.

We found the team especially friendly and helpful, and breakfast offered a good range of options. The hotel itself is simple, clean, and comfortable, with a very good bed and a spacious bathroom. We stayed in Icaraí, in one of Niterói's best areas. Restaurants, a market, and the beach are all close by, and the neighborhood felt safe for walking around. For an affordable stay with a convenient location and good service, I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were polite and helpful. It felt more like a house with a ground floor and an upper floor than a hotel. I stayed in room 1, which was small but tidy and clean. The shower stall has only part of a glass screen, so a lot of water spills out. The thin blankets weren't like the heavy comforters you get in most hotels, and the curtain doesn't block the light. They don't serve breakfast, though you can have it at the hotel next door for 30 reais. I had no trouble with parking.

We stayed here recently and really recommend it. The hotel is simple, very clean, and well located. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service team were especially helpful. Thanks so much!
