The hotel itself is fine, but I had the worst treatment I've ever had at a hotel. The front desk staff were rude and incompetent. I'd spend my time and money somewhere else.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again.

For a one night stay, this turned out to be a great choice. I felt very safe, and the room was three times bigger than I expected. The people working here were amazing, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to help me with various things. They all spoke some English, which I really appreciated as a traveller who doesn't speak Portuguese. Thank you all for the fantastic service. ❤️

My partner and I had a wonderful time, and we're definitely coming back. The beach is literally next door, so the location is amazing. The staff make you feel like a family member returning home, and their customer service is outstanding. Breakfast is served every day, and everything is so tasty you could keep eating, though I had to watch the calories. I highly recommend it!

The beach and great shopping are right at your doorstep, so the location is really convenient. Everyone on staff was so friendly, especially the fellow in the restaurant who makes an amazing pepper sauce. It's incredible value for money, and they made my time in Niteroi absolutely amazing. Thanks so much. I'll definitely come back next time.
