The scenery is lovely, and the pools are fun, especially the heated one. The food was only so-so, and on our first night it arrived very cold. One waiter spoke extremely loudly and complained to guests about things he didn't like doing, such as making caipirinhas. There are plenty of things that need attention. The animal area was very dirty and smelled so bad we couldn't stay there, and the sport fishing lake seemed neglected. We asked for our room to be cleaned, but didn't see any sign that it had been. The bathroom door stuck and made a terrible noise. There was no shower enclosure, and the torn plastic curtain let water go everywhere, with no squeegee to dry it up. The fan had a bad connection and was a struggle to get working. The pillows were soft and flat, the towels were tiny and thin, and the mattresses were awful. For what they charge, the place doesn't deliver enough. We had more bad points than good ones and won't be coming back, though I hope they invest in improvements and get things organized, including with the staff.

The animals are such a highlight, ponies, goats and pigs that are adorable and gentle enough to pet. The pools are always clean, and there's also a fishing spot and a sports court. The place itself is beautiful, and the service is a thousand out of ten. I absolutely love this hotel. I've been back lots of times with my family and brought many friends along. Whenever we get the chance, we return. The food deserves a five star restaurant, too. I'm crazy about Alpes and recommend it without hesitation.

The recreation team really made our stay. Morango and Risadinha were attentive, lively, and professional, with well organized activities that were fun for all ages. The kids could enjoy themselves safely all day while the adults relaxed. From the moment we arrived, Alpes Fazenda Hotel felt peaceful. It's beautiful and well cared for, the rooms are comfortable, and there was tasty food with choices for the whole family. It's a great place for nature and family time. We'll definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The animals and the view were my favorite parts. It's so peaceful that you mostly hear birds and wind, which makes it easy to forget the rush of everyday life. The staff were kind and the food was great, with plenty of variety. I was nervous after reading the Google reviews, but my stay surprised me. The hotel is simple, though fair for the price. I'd suggest bringing your own bath towel since theirs are thin. I also brought my own pillow and blanket. The owners might want to replace the bathroom toilet seats. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in nature.

I nearly skipped the trip because of the reviews, but I'm glad I came. It's a cozy, family friendly place, and the people are wonderful. The owner has made the rules clear, though you can tell some guests have trouble understanding that rules are rules. What I read here didn't match my experience. It's a great place, and if you run into a problem, just talk to the staff and they'll help. Keep in mind it's a farm. I'll definitely be back.
