My family and I were humiliated in the lobby, and I was treated disrespectfully. I had booked through Booking.com a month ahead, but when we arrived, the hotel refused to honor the service and said some rooms were privately owned. My wife fainted, so we needed help from SAMU and the local Police. The staff seemed unprepared. I do not recommend this place.

The room was nice, but getting my car into the parking area took far too long because of the traffic. I also think the coffee break could have had more options.

8/10
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It's a great hotel, though breakfast was the one thing I had a complaint about.

I only stayed a short time, but it felt like being at home. The rooms are great and the service was really nice.

The parking is on the next street over, which makes it really hard to get to.
