The service really stood out. Songer at the front desk was friendly, kind, and ready to help with directions, ideas for things to do, restaurant suggestions, and even a small issue when I felt sick for a day. João Gabriel also handled a problem with my reservation promptly and pleasantly. The beach is right outside, with direct sand access, complimentary chairs and an umbrella, and parking included. This stretch of Bombinhas beach worked well for families, with white sand, gentle waves, and clear water. There’s a decent outdoor pool and a small heated indoor one, both nice for a dip, though neither has much room for inflatables. The beach-view apartments have a great outlook, but cost a bit more. I felt the stay was worth every penny. A few things could be improved. The old glass along the balcony of the front-facing apartments partly obscures the view, and clear glass would make a big difference. The kids missed the simple crepes that used to be sold at the pool bar. There are some games, but more rainy-day options would help, and the top-floor space could be used better. We’d love to return and wouldn’t choose another place to stay.
