The place was clean, and I appreciated how cheap it was. Since there were already two men in the dorm, dona Dalva gave me a room inside her house. But she was away for the last two days, and her son had friends over. At 4 a.m. he woke me by sitting on my bed. I realized he was just drunk and probably looking for somewhere to rest, and he apologized and left, but those first few seconds were really scary. I spoke with him the next day, and he apologized again. I didn’t report it right after my stay in February because I didn’t want to cause trouble for his mother, but I eventually felt girls going there should know about it.

The room was clean and organized, and I felt very comfortable there. Having a kitchen made the stay more convenient and saved money, and there’s also a hammock that’s a great spot to rest. The place is just a few steps from the center of Lençóis. It all starts with the host, who welcomes guests so kindly.

I found the place on Booking and the great reviews seemed completely fair. The host is attentive but discreet, and the clean, organized space feels welcoming, like home. There’s a double bed, a single bed, and a bathroom, plus an outdoor area with a small kitchen and utensils if you’d rather cook than eat out. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to town ❤️

We had a great stay here. The price was fair, everything was spotless, and the hosts were very warm and kind. It’s about 500 meters from the main square, with a little market, a health clinic, and a bakery nearby. I recommend it!

One of our most pleasant stays in Chapada :) Dona Dalva, who lives in the house, is such a kind woman. She let us wash our dirty hiking clothes and made us coffee. The place was clean, quiet, and had a family feel. It’s also very close to the center and a local market where the service was really good.
